El producto deber\u00e1 estar sin utilizar y en la misma condici\u00f3n que se recibi\u00f3; as\u00ed como en su empaque original.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><b><u>EXCEPCIONES<\/u><\/b><\/p><p>La garant\u00eda no podr\u00e1 hacerse efectiva en los siguientes casos:<\/p><ol><li>Si el producto ha sido utilizado en condiciones distintas al uso dom\u00e9stico.<\/li><li>Si no ha sido instalado de acuerdo con el instructivo proporcionado en el empaque. El mismo puede ser consultado en la p\u00e1gina web de cada uno de los productos.\u00a0<\/li><li>Si el producto ha sido alterado o reparado por personas ajenas a EB T\u00e9cnica Mexicana.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Para el caso del manejo del producto por parte de paqueter\u00eda:<\/strong><\/p><p>El cliente deber\u00e1 revisar los productos en cuanto le sean entregados para asegurarse de que haya llegado en \u00f3ptimas condiciones. En caso de que el producto sufra alg\u00fan da\u00f1o por manejo de paqueter\u00eda, \u00fanicamente se contar\u00e1 con <strong>12\u00a0horas a partir del momento de recepci\u00f3n del producto para levantar el reporte.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>IMPORTANTE<\/strong><\/p><p>Recuerda tener a la mano los siguientes comprobantes para hacer v\u00e1lida tu garant\u00eda.<\/p><ul><li
